Yoga Classes at FOCUS Fitness


60 or 75 minutes of Vinyasa based FLOW in a Warm 90 degree Studio A. This class is faster paced. Expect to start with Sun Sals, lots of planks, arm balance variations will be available. Power yoga classes also offered based on a Vinyasa FLOW sequence. All Levels welcomed, some yoga experience preferred. 


60 minutes of a Hatha principles based alignment, stationary and stretching practice in a Room Temperature/Warm 80-85 degrees Studio A. Expect No or limited Flowing and a variation of standing poses, balancing poses, twists, back bends, forward bends and core strengthening exercises. All Levels Welcomes, Great for beginners.


Yoga Sculpt classes are a total body workout incorporating hand weights and strength building exercises such as squats, lunges, abdominal and arm work. This class is done in a heated room set to energizing music and finishes with a short final relaxation so that you leave feeling calm and centered.


60 or 75 minutes of FOCUS’ exclusive station sequence in a Room Temp/Warm 80/85 degree Studio A. Expect the 26 basic yoga poses with some teacher variations. Expect to learn the Asana in true alignment. Great for beginners, All Levels are welcomed.


Explore this Vinyasa style flow for 30 mins then slow it down with 30 minutes of Yin yoga to complete your 60 minute practice.  Yin Yoga focuses on stretching the deep connective tissues (fascia) of the body which are often neglected during exercise programs.


This hour long FLOW incorporates traditional Sun Sales mixed with conditioning moves to make you stronger. This class will include vinyasa (Flow) style asanas (poses) and barefoot conditioning moves plus optional arm balances.

It's A Dream Venue & Studio

The space is pristine, clean, state of the art. It’s beautiful but it’s not a scene, the people are down to earth, both staff and instructors. The class I took, warm vinyasa flow, was challenging, and in an idyllic setting at 88 degrees. Sound system and music were amazing!

Focus fitness is such a great place to get in amazing shape, meet some really special people and be trained by some of the finest/most knowledge teachers and trainers around!
